RIVERSIDE RETREAT 11th OCTOBER 2023  

Thank you for signing up to one of my retreats – please read the following important terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment:

To reserve a spot in the retreat, participants must complete the registration process and submit full payment in advance.

Payment can be made via Stripe, Paypal or Bank Transfer .

2. Retreat Details:

The retreat will take place on 11th October 2023 at Riversdale Lodge, Bourne End SL8 5EB .

The schedule and activities for the retreat will be provided by Suzy Malhotra and are subject to change at the discretion of the organiser.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat location.  

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Once booked, all places are non-refundable.

Suzy Malhotra reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time for reasons including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

4. Participant Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the retreat.

Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the participant's removal from the retreat without a refund.  

5. Liability:

Participants acknowledge that participation in the retreat involves inherent risks, and Suzy Malhotra is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the retreat. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the retreat.  

6. Photography and Media:

Suzy Malhotra may take photographs, videos, or other media during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used for such purposes without compensation.    

7. Personal Belongings:

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat.

Suzy Malhotra is not liable for any lost or stolen items.  

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

Participant information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of organising the retreat.  

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: -

Suzy Malhotra reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.  

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.  

By registering for and attending the retreat, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
